About The Project
The U of I job entailed taking out 18,000 sq ft of maple flooring, tearing out the old metal channel system that was there and laying 18,000 sq ft of new vertical grain maple flooring. We then sanded the new floor, painted game lines for three basketball courts and three volleyball courts, sanded the new floor, screened an existing floor and refinished all 36,000 sq ft. Rubber baseboard was then installed around the new court and custom transitions were installed at all doorways.
